Brussels

7 hour Turkish airlines flight from Delhi to Istanbul, 5 hour wait at the Airport in Istanbul and another 3 hour flight from Istanbul to Brussels. I arrived on Sunday, in the land of the Waffles and the Fries.

Evening was spent at a Thai restaurent in the Thai neighbourhood having dinner with my manager from Microsoft. Nice food, nice discussions and most important of all, nice start to the experience.

Brussels as a city is very different from any other city i have been to, but definitely i feel very comfortable with things already. Today evening i came home from office alone without making any mistakes. And its just my third day here.

My search is on for finding an accomodation for myself, i want it this week so that i could get myself registered within the limited days, i frankly dont know what will happen if i dont manage to apply for the residence permit in 8 days from my arrival, so fingers crossed.

BTW, thanks to Kevin, Joyce and Priscilla from AIESEC ICHEC for picking me up at the airport.
